Scope OF WORK: Preliminary research, concept design and full set of design drawing
In 2017, N.A.P Group LLC has developed preliminary study, concept design and full set of design drawing of “The White Hill” project which is 4 block apartments with commercial floor requested by “Terguun Chansaa” LLC. The class of the apartment is determined based on the report of preliminary study, location, and access to the service and market. The swimming pool, sauna, spa and restaurants are planned to provide safe and healthy environment for the residents.
The exterior of the building is planned to have a half circle shape which expresses modern architectural trend. The arched middle floors are gradually connected with upper and lower floors.
